What is your turn around time? ​​

Typically we can have your apparel in 10 days from approving your design proof. Promotional products are based on proof            approval and manufacturer's requirements and location, please contact us for further details. All shipments are via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. However, you may choose another shipping option.

What are your office hours?

We are open 9:30 AM to 4 PM Mon-Friday typically but we can accommodate your schedule with an appointment usually. 

Can you provide promotional products within 24 hours? 

Yes we have access to promotional products that can be delivered in 24 hours. Please contact us for details.

What type of file formats can I submit for use?

Artwork can be submitted in the following formats but may require modification to be production-ready.

EPS, AI, PDF, Low resolution GIF, JPG or BMP.

Do you offer artwork/logo design services?

Yes, we can work with you to design your logo or format your current artwork to be production-ready. 

How do standard minimum-order quantities affect pricing?

Typically for apparel our best minimum value starts at around 12 pieces of apparel but we can print one shirt as well. Minimum-order quantities vary by product. Please refer to individual product detail pages.

What payment options are available?

You can use check, cash or any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

What are the imprint (decoration) options?

Can I add, cancel or delete items on my order if I change my mind?

Our goal is to process your order expeditiously to provide the best possible customer experience. Please review your order carefully before placing it. If you need to modify your order, please call us at 330-475-0350, email us at orders@redfishpromotions.com or work with your sales representative to verify order status and ability to make changes. Due to processing orders quickly, changes may not be possible.

Can I get a sample of the product?

Yes, we can send you a sample of the actual item you are looking to purchase. Most items are available blank or with random or generic logos. To check for sample availability of your chosen product, order a sample or obtain more information, please contact your sales representative or contact us at 330-475-0350 and we'll review your specific sample needs.

What if I receive more or less than I ordered?

We strive to ship you the exact quantity you ordered for every product. However, due to occasional variations in the identification process, an overrun or underrun of an order quantity may occur. We reserve the right to ship and invoice ± 3% of the original order.

Color Disclaimer.

Due to many contributing factors, including variations in monitor settings, printer settings, scanner settings and color balances, we cannot guarantee the colors on your screen are an exact match of the products you receive.
